TASER RETURNS
If you’re experiencing issues with your TASER device, please contact TASER International/Axon Inc. for technical support at 1-800-978-2737 or visit the TASER Here to Help Page for assistance.
Warranty Information:
- TASER devices come with a 1-year warranty.
- TASER accessories are covered under a 90-day warranty.
If your TASER device is confirmed to be defective, TASER International/Axon Inc. will either repair or replace it.
To initiate a return or warranty repair, visit the TASER Warranty Repair/Returns page to obtain an RMA number and further instructions.
RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
At Stunster, we are committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective items.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
- If an exception is made for a non-defective, unused item returned in its original, undamaged packaging, a 12% restocking fee will apply.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges require prior approval before returning any product.
Specialty Product Returns
- Hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other Stunster specialty products are special order items and cannot be canceled or returned, except in cases of damage upon delivery.
- Returns for damaged items must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
Return Authorization & Process
- Returns must be authorized by Stunster before shipment.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Stunster reserves the right to repair, replace, refund, or issue store credit at its discretion.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Additional Considerations
- Special exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to shipping cost deductions and a 12% restocking fee.
- No refunds will be issued for items returned without explicit approval.
Warranty Information
We guarantee all Stunster products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days (or longer if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty). Products showing no signs of misuse or alteration will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
